Client materials are confidential whether or not a separate NDA is signed. They are not used to train or fine-tune any model, and not used in public datasets or marketing. Mutual NDAs are available before sensitive scoping.
Client data is never entered into public LLM tools unless the statement of work explicitly allows it. Human experts remain responsible for final labels and QA.
Engagement materials are retained only for the engagement and any agreed support window, then deleted. You may request deletion of inquiry data via the contact form.
We use a small set of infrastructure providers to host the site and receive messages. A current list is available on request. We do not sell or rent your data.
